Igor Rudolph is an employed attorney at the Berlin office of Brehm &. v. Moers. He is part of the consulting team in the fields of media, IT and games. Prior to Brehm & v. Moers, he specialised in corporate law, related transactions (in particular M&A) and corporate financing (in particular venture capital). He brings this experience to the media team and supports founders, start-ups, growing companies as well as investors who want to get involved in these markets.

In particular, he advises on the negotiation and drafting of development and licensing agreements, investment and shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and the restructuring of companies and concerns.

Igor Rudolph has already worked in the corporate law department of a medium-sized law firm and in the corporate/M&A team of an internationally active and MDAX-listed Berlin start-up.
